Registrum is operated by Klevis Ndoka. It republishes information from Albania's public business register (QKB) as statistics, and — for paying customers — as searchable records. This page explains what that means for your information.

In short
- The public pages of this site show counts only — no company names, no people, nothing about an individual.
- We set no analytics and no third-party cookies, and we run no trackers. Nothing about your visit is sold or shared.
- We hold a copy of the public business register, which includes the names of company administrators and owners as the register publishes them.
- If you are named in the register and want to know what we hold, or object to it, write to contact@dashcode.agency — there is a person at the other end.
1. Who is responsible
Klevis Ndoka is the controller for the processing described here. Contact: contact@dashcode.agency. There is no company entity behind the service at the time of writing; correspondence reaches the operator directly.
2. If you are a visitor to this site
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not profile you.
| Server logs | Each request is logged with its path, status and IP address, kept in the container's log and in a 5,000-line in-memory buffer that is lost on restart. Purpose: running the service and spotting abuse. |
|---|---|
| Cookies | One functional cookie, and only after someone signs in to the private dashboard or a paid account. There is no cookie on the public pages — the language of this site is chosen from your browser's own setting, not stored — and no cookie is used for advertising or measurement. |
| Customer accounts | For paying customers we store an email address, the plan and its status, and a count of API calls per key and day. API keys are stored only as hashes. |
3. The business register information we hold
What. For each registered subject: its NIPT, names, legal form, city, status, registration date, the official extract documents, and — as the register itself publishes them — the names of administrators, partners and shareholders, their citizenship where stated, and any adverse entries recorded against the subject.
Where from. The public search published by the National Business Center (QKB) at format.qkb.gov.al. We collect nothing from anywhere else, and nothing that the register does not already publish.
Why. To provide reliable, dated statistics about business formation in Albania, and to let customers look up the same register entries without querying the source one at a time. We rely on our legitimate interest, and that of the people using the information, in the transparency the register exists to provide. That interest does not override yours if your situation is particular — which is what section 5 is for.
How long. Indefinitely at present, because the value of the record is historical: a register entry from 2015 is the point of a statistic about 2015. We hold no retention schedule beyond that, and say so rather than implying one exists.
4. Who else sees it
Nobody, today, beyond the hosting that runs the service: a virtual server and database in Germany (EU). We use no analytics provider, no advertising network and no data broker, and we do not sell the dataset. Paying customers query the data through an API; they receive the register information described in section 3. If a payment processor is added, it will handle billing details only, and this notice will say so before it does.
5. If you are named in the register
Company registers are public by law, and a register entry naming you is not ours to erase — the authoritative record is the QKB's, and corrections to it have to be made there. What we can do is answer for our copy.
Write to contact@dashcode.agency and you may ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and where it came from;
- correct it, if our copy differs from the register;
- object to our processing of it, giving your reasons — we will weigh them against the interest described in section 3, and we will not keep processing while we are still deciding;
- ask for it to be removed from what we publish or sell.
We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to Albania's Information and Data Protection Commissioner, or to the data protection authority where you live.
6. Security
The private dashboard is behind short-lived signed tokens; customer API keys are stored as hashes and can be revoked at any time; the database is not reachable from the internet. No system is perfect, and we do not claim certification we do not hold.
7. Changes
This notice changes when the service does, and the date above moves with it. We keep the text accurate to what the software actually does rather than to what would be convenient.
